Compact coffee machine by illy, model Easy, for E.S.E. (Easy Serving Espresso) paper pods, the open standard for pre-ground, pressed coffee pods. It makes espresso and lungo with automatic volume control and adjustable cup sizes, using a 20 bar pump. Made for illy by Capitani in Italy, it has a plastic body and an energy-saving mode.
Its slim format (11 x 32 x 26 cm, w x d x h) suits small kitchens or offices. The water tank holds 1 l and it runs on 230 V with a 1 m cable. Before buying, make sure you will use E.S.E. pods, as it does not take capsules or loose ground coffee.
