Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller information

2. Scope
These Terms govern purchases made on noverivohome.com (the “Site”) by consumers who order for delivery in Spain, Ireland or the United Kingdom. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping and Payment Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. They do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
3. Products
We sell new home appliances and household products. Descriptions, photographs and specifications are provided to help you choose; minor differences between images and the product supplied (for example manufacturer updates) may occur. Products are subject to availability; if an item becomes unavailable after your order we tell you and refund it in full.
4. Prices
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include the applicable VAT. Delivery is free on every order to Spain, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Orders have no minimum amount. If we detect an obvious pricing error we contact you before dispatch to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund. Taxes, duties and customs charges outside the EU VAT territory are explained in the Shipping and Payment Policy.
5. Placing an order and formation of the contract
You place an order by following the checkout steps. You receive an email acknowledging the order. The contract is formed when we confirm the dispatch of the products. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons such as lack of stock, a pricing error or suspected fraud; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.
6. Payment
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express debit or credit card, as shown at checkout. Payment is made when the order is placed through a secure gateway with 3-D Secure authentication, and is completed before dispatch. We do not store your full card details.
7. Delivery
We deliver to Spain, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on every order; delivery times and carriers for each destination are set out in our Shipping and Payment Policy and are confirmed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel on arrival and note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery document.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. We extend this period to 30 days, subject to the conditions in our Returns and Refunds Policy. The conditions, the return address, who pays return shipping and the refund timing are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy; a model withdrawal form is available.
9. Guarantee and faulty goods
3-year guarantee of conformity on all products, in every country we deliver to (Spain, Ireland and the United Kingdom). It is based on the Spanish legal guarantee (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) and does not limit the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. A manufacturer’s commercial warranty, where there is one, is added to it. Details are in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
10. Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
11. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith, not to infringe third-party rights, not to introduce malicious code and not to interfere with the operation of the Site.
12. Intellectual property
The content of the Site belongs to NOVERIVO HOME COMERCIO, S.L. or its licensors. Manufacturers’ trademarks belong to their owners; NoverivoHome is an independent seller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
13. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of a breach of these Terms, for temporary unavailability of the Site, or for content of third-party sites linked from it. Products must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Each order is governed by the version published when it was placed.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules and the right of consumers resident in Ireland or the United Kingdom to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
