Robot vacuum and mop by Roborock, model QV 35S, in black, the successor to the Qrevo S, with a multifunctional dock. It vacuums with 10000 Pa (HyperForce) and mops with two rotating mops that automatically lift 10 mm when it moves onto a rug. The anti-tangle system combines an all-rubber main brush and an anti-tangle side brush. It navigates with PreciSense LiDAR and avoids obstacles with Reactive Tech. The dock automatically empties the dust from the robot, washes the mops and dries them with air. 5200 mAh battery; works with Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri Shortcuts as well as the Roborock app.
When choosing a robot vacuum, compare the suction power, the navigation type, whether it avoids obstacles, how it mops (rotating pads, roller or cloth) and whether the mop lifts over rugs, and what the base does: charging only, emptying the dust or also washing and drying the mops. The dock needs a socket and clear space in front for the robot to dock, and its clean and dirty water tanks are filled and emptied by hand. Bags, filters, mops and brushes are consumables.
