Large-format air purifier from the Blueair Classic Pro range, model CP7i, with two particle and carbon filters and a side air outlet. It also carries HINS lighting, a technology the manufacturer describes as deactivating viruses and bacteria. It is declared for 55 m² in 12.5 minutes and up to 260 m² in one hour.
When choosing an air purifier it is worth comparing the clean air delivery rate (CADR) and the room size the manufacturer declares for it, the filtration stages and the cost and frequency of replacement filters, the noise level in the quietest and in the maximum mode, and the power draw in continuous operation. To deliver the stated figures the unit needs free space around the air inlet and outlet grilles, a position out of the way and a 220-240 V socket; filters are replaced on the schedule given in the manual and are not washed unless the manufacturer allows it.
The data shown comes from the documentation published by the manufacturer; in case of divergence the official product datasheet prevails. The appliance is covered by the three-year legal guarantee of conformity (Spanish RDL 1/2007).
