Bean-to-cup coffee machine by De’Longhi, model PrimaDonna Aromatic ECAM630.55.SSM. It grinds whole beans for every cup and combines grinding, brewing and rinsing of the circuit in a single automatic cycle, so the user only selects the drink. It is intended for daily use at home and in small offices, where several coffees are made each day without handling a portafilter or tamping by hand.
When choosing, look at the type of grinder and its settings, the pump pressure, the water tank and bean hopper volumes, the milk system (steam wand, jug or carousel) and the cleaning and descaling programmes, since daily maintenance depends on them. The appliance needs a 220-240 V socket, free space above it to refill the bean hopper, and filtered or soft water to space out descaling.
