It grinds with the P.A.G.2 grinder with 7 programmable grind settings, brews with the Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.) and includes a Lungo function. It makes 17 specialities, including espresso, coffee, americano, lungo, espresso doppio, cortado, cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato (with extra-shot options), milk foam and hot water. The HP3 milk spout cleans automatically at one touch and the machine is operated with a 3.5-inch colour display; it works with the J.O.E. app.
