The Sage Nespresso Creatista Plus SNE800BSS is a Nespresso Original capsule machine with a brushed stainless steel body and an automatic steam wand for making milk drinks at home. The ThermoJet system has it ready in about 3 seconds and the pump works at 19 bar; three cup sizes can be programmed. Milk is textured in the stainless jug by the automatic wand, which offers 8 texture levels and 11 temperatures and cleans itself after each use. The LCD screen guides drink selection and settings, including water hardness. The removable water tank holds 1.5 l and the container takes 12 used capsules. It runs on 220-240 V at 1500 W, measures 17.1 cm wide, 40.8 cm deep and 31 cm high, and weighs 5.2 kg. The two-year repair or replacement guarantee is handled by Nespresso.
When choosing a capsule coffee machine, check which capsule system it uses, the pump pressure, the heat-up time, the capacity of the water tank and of the used-capsule container, and how it prepares milk, with a steam wand or a built-in frother. It needs a 220-240 V socket and regular descaling depending on water hardness; the wand or the frother should be cleaned after each use.
