Good to know
Place it on a flat surface away from walls and curtains, and keep doors and windows shut while it runs. Empty the tank when it is full and clean the air filter regularly. Running cost is stated at under 2p per hour. The unit sits on castors, so it can be wheeled between rooms as needed. It works best in a closed room, so shut doors and windows, and place it where air can flow freely around the front grille and rear vent. For laundry, hang clothes in the same room and set the humidity sensor to its lowest level. Once the target humidity is reached, the unit idles until levels rise again, which keeps energy use down. Do not cover the vents, and unplug it before emptying or cleaning.
