The manufacturer states that the H13 material captures at least 99.95 % of microscopic particles and sizes the unit for rooms of up to 16 m². It is a 22 cm cylinder intended for bedrooms and desks.
When choosing an air purifier it is worth comparing the clean air delivery rate (CADR) and the room size the manufacturer declares for it, the filtration stages and the cost and frequency of replacement filters, the noise level in the quietest and in the maximum mode, and the power draw in continuous operation. To deliver the stated figures the unit needs free space around the air inlet and outlet grilles, a position out of the way and a 220-240 V socket; filters are replaced on the schedule given in the manual and are not washed unless the manufacturer allows it.
