1. Data controller

This policy applies to visitors and customers of the Site in Spain, Ireland and the United Kingdom, under the GDPR, the Spanish LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018) and, for UK customers, the UK GDPR.
2. Data we process
- Order and account data: name, billing and delivery addresses, email, phone number, order history, invoices, and communications with customer service.
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment service provider. We do not store full card numbers; we only receive confirmation of the payment and the last digits of the card.
- Contact form data: the name, email and message you send us through the contact form.
- Abandoned checkout data: if you start a checkout and do not finish it, a cart-recovery tool may store your email and cart contents to send you a reminder. Every reminder includes a link to opt out.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser data and pages visited, and the necessary cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

4. Recipients
We share only the data strictly necessary with providers that take part in the service: web hosting (servers in the European Economic Area), payment service providers, carriers and logistics companies, email and customer-service tools, and tax, accounting and legal advisers. These providers act as processors under contract. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Retention
We keep data while needed to manage your relationship with us and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, accounting and tax records for at least 6 years). Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer them and handle follow-up. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to privacy@noverivohome.com and, if necessary, proving your identity. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es), the Irish Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie) or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access.
9. Minors
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
