Hybrid appliance by Boneco, model H300, which humidifies, purifies the air or does both at once depending on the filter fitted. The manufacturer states up to 350 g/h of humidification at level 6 and sizes it for rooms of up to 50 m². It runs at six levels and draws from 4.2 W at level 1.
When choosing an appliance that both purifies and humidifies it is worth comparing the two functions separately: the clean air delivery rate and declared room size for purification, and the humidification output together with the tank volume for the other. There are also two different consumables to budget for, the air filter and the humidification or descaling element, and the noise level in night mode is worth checking. The unit needs free space around its grilles, a stable surface and a 220-240 V socket; the tank is cleaned as often as the manual states.
