The Bosch Spotless Max (BCRDW3B) is a black robot vacuum and mop that works with a Dry-Wet-Service station. It vacuums with up to 11,000 Pa and a Carbon Power brush of thin, densely packed bristles, and mops with extended-reach spinning pads that clean to within 2 mm of walls and 30 mm into corners; on carpets it lifts the wet mops. It navigates with 360° laser LiDAR, Smart Vision structured light that recognises the shape and position of objects, and a mechanical bumper. The station empties the robot into a 3 L bag, washes the mops at 70 °C, dries them with hot air and repeats the wash when it detects heavy soiling; it holds 4 L of clean water and 3.5 L of dirty water. It is operated through the Home Connect app, offers three power modes, and Bosch gives a 10-year motor guarantee.
When choosing a robot vacuum, compare the navigation and mapping system, the suction power, the battery runtime against the size of the home, the type of brushes (rubber brushes tangle less with hair) and, if it mops, how the mop is wetted and cleaned. The charging dock needs a socket and free space at the sides and in front; self-emptying docks use bags or bins that need emptying or replacing, and mop-washing docks have clean and dirty water tanks that are refilled and emptied by hand.
The data shown comes from the documentation published by the manufacturer; in case of divergence the official datasheet prevails. The product is covered by the three-year legal guarantee of conformity (Spanish RDL 1/2007).
