Fellow Aiden precision filter coffee maker in matte black, European version with a 220-240 V plug. It automates the pour-over method by controlling the main variables: water temperature, bloom, brew time and water distribution through its dual showerhead. It brews from a single cup, with the cone basket, up to a full 1.5 l carafe (about 10 cups) with the flat-bottom basket, and lets you save your own profiles, use the maker’s recipes and schedule brewing from the iOS and Android app over Wi-Fi. It is certified by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association).
It measures 22.7 x 22.7 x 30.5 cm and weighs about 4.4 kg; the water tank lifts out for filling at the sink and the cord stores in the base. Supplied with a double-wall thermal carafe, drip-stop brew basket and 15 cone and 15 flat-bottom filters; it takes Melitta No. 2 cone and 8-12 cup basket filters. It uses ground coffee, so a separate grinder is needed to tune the grind to each recipe.
