The MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Complete (UK article RLZ83CE) is a robot vacuum and mop that mops with a roller: the dock sprays clean water onto the roller as it works and draws the dirty water back, so grime is not carried from room to room. It vacuums with up to 28,000 Pa and an anti-tangle dual brush designed for pet hair, and extends its side brush and mop outwards to reach skirting boards and corners. When it detects a rug it lifts and covers the mop so the carpet stays dry. A retractable leg raises the chassis to climb single steps of up to 4.8 cm, and FlexScope navigation builds a 3D map and recognises more than 200 obstacles. The dock empties the bin into a 3.2 L bag, doses two kinds of cleaning solution, washes the mop in 80 °C water and dries it with hot air. 6,400 mAh battery; 4 L clean and 3.5 L dirty water tanks.
When choosing a robot vacuum, compare the navigation and mapping system, the suction power, the battery runtime against the size of the home, the type of brushes (rubber brushes tangle less with hair) and, if it mops, how the mop is wetted and cleaned. The charging dock needs a socket and free space at the sides and in front; self-emptying docks use bags or bins that need emptying or replacing, and mop-washing docks have clean and dirty water tanks that are refilled and emptied by hand.
