The Hoover HG2 Turbo Slim Hydro Pro (HG250HP 001) is a black robot vacuum and mop with an 8.3 cm tall body, designed to pass under sofas, beds and tables. It vacuums with up to 5,000 Pa and can mop at the same time, with three water release levels adjusted in the app for each floor type. Point-laser navigation scans the home to plan orderly routes, and the HG Robot app lets you name or merge rooms and schedule routines with suction and mop wetness settings. The included station empties the robot’s bin automatically and holds up to 60 days of dirt. On one charge it runs for up to 160 minutes and, when the battery runs low, it docks itself and resumes cleaning afterwards.
When choosing a robot vacuum, compare the navigation and mapping system, the suction power, the battery runtime against the size of the home, the type of brushes (rubber brushes tangle less with hair) and, if it mops, how the mop is wetted and cleaned. The charging dock needs a socket and free space at the sides and in front; self-emptying docks use bags or bins that need emptying or replacing, and mop-washing docks have clean and dirty water tanks that are refilled and emptied by hand.
The data shown comes from the documentation published by the manufacturer; in case of divergence the official datasheet prevails. The product is covered by the three-year legal guarantee of conformity (Spanish RDL 1/2007).
