When choosing a robot, look at the declared suction in Pa, the navigation type (LiDAR laser or camera) and the height of the unit, which decides whether it fits under low furniture. The mopping system, the tank capacities and, if the dock self-empties, how often the bag has to be replaced also matter. The robot needs a clear spot for its dock next to a 220-240 V socket, floors free of loose cables and a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network for app control.
